Home / Refund & Cancellation Policy
If Synergy Pulse is officially cancelled by the organiser and the event will not be rescheduled, eligible ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket value, subject to the applicable ticketing platform's processing terms.
Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date, tickets purchased for the original date will generally remain valid for the rescheduled event.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date, tickets purchased for the original date will generally remain valid for the rescheduled event.
Tickets are generally non-refundable where the event proceeds as scheduled.
Refund requests due to personal circumstances, change of plans, travel difficulties, illness or inability to attend will be considered at the organiser's discretion and may not be eligible for a refund.
Synergy Pulse may be cancelled, postponed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, security concerns, venue-related emergencies or other force-majeure events.
Where possible, the organiser will attempt to reschedule the event.
Any refund arrangements in such circumstances will be communicated to ticket holders through the official Synergy Pulse communication channels.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to performers, DJs, programme, timings, venue arrangements or other event details.
Changes to individual performers or programme elements do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund, unless otherwise announced by the organiser.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or ticketing platform. Synergy Pulse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Customers should contact Synergy Pulse as soon as possible if they believe they have made a duplicate purchase or an unauthorised transaction.
Supporting transaction details may be requested before any refund or investigation is undertaken.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets may be transferable to another person, but the original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the ticket is valid and has not been duplicated or misused.
